First-response targets
- Urgent: first reply within 4 hours
- High: first reply within 24 hours
- Medium: first reply within 48 hours
- Low: first reply within 72 hours
Queue: every request becomes a ticket with a status (open, in progress, waiting for your reply, resolved, closed) and its own due time.
Escalation: urgent tickets carry the shortest target, and a ticket past its target is flagged overdue in the support queue for follow-up.

Frequently asked questions
Who can use LitX?
Only adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or view content, and we ask for your date of birth at sign-up.
I signed up but cannot log in. What now?
New accounts must confirm their e-mail address. Open the confirmation link we sent you (check spam too). If it expired, sign in again and request a new link.
Can I pay for subscriptions or content today?
Not yet. Paid checkout and payouts stay unavailable until our payment provider account is activated for production. Prices you see describe offers, not a charge that can happen now.
How do I cancel a subscription?
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling does not generate an automatic refund.
Can I get a refund?
If a verified technical failure prevents access to purchased content, or a duplicate charge occurs, request a refund within 14 calendar days of the transaction date and it is refunded in full after verification. Delivered digital purchases are otherwise final. Paid checkout is not active while the payment provider awaits activation, so no refund can be issued until a charge exists. If a charge appears, write to support with the transaction reference.
How much do creators keep?
Independent creators keep 80% of eligible gross revenue from their own sales; creators in an active agency keep 85%.
When will I receive payouts?
Payouts start only after the payment provider is activated and verified in production. Payout cadence, minimums and fees will be published then, not before.
Who owns the content I publish?
You do. You keep all rights to your content and grant LitX a license to display, distribute and promote it on the platform.
Someone posted my content without permission. What can I do?
Send a takedown notice through the Content & takedown (DMCA) page. Reports involving minors are handled first.
How do I export or delete my data?
Use Settings > Privacy to export your data or request deletion. Requests follow the applicable law (LGPD/GDPR) and the product flow described in the Privacy Policy.
How do I reach support?
Use the support channel on this page or e-mail us. Include your username and, for billing questions, the transaction reference.
