Terms of Service

Version 1.2.0 — Effective September 24, 2026

The agreement between you and LitX for accounts, subscriptions, creator content and purchases, including the refund rules and the creator revenue shares.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing and using the LitX™ platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
  • Changes to these terms may be posted on the platform. This page does not state a notification or delivery commitment.

2. Platform Usage

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use LitX. This page does not state an account termination or data-deletion outcome for an age confirmation.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You agree not to use the platform for illegal, fraudulent activities or activities that violate the rights of third parties.
  • It is prohibited to create content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy, or that violates applicable laws.
  • You may not use the platform for spam, phishing, or any form of malicious activity.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

  • Plan and subscription information is shown only where the applicable product feature is available.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. This page does not state an active subscription-billing, renewal, or specific cancellation-effective-date outcome.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content, including design, logos and software, is the property of LitX or its licensors.
  • Creators retain all rights to the content they create and publish on the platform.
  • By uploading content, you grant LitX a license to display, distribute and promote your content on the platform.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from other users' content without permission.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Paid checkout and payouts are unavailable while the Payment Provider account is awaiting production activation.
  • Offer prices do not represent an operational checkout, settlement, payout, or entitlement.
  • Provider processing rates, payout cadence, payout speed, payout minimums, fees, and holds are not published as operational facts before provider activation and production verification.
  • Refunds follow the Refund Policy. If a creator cancels a scheduled live stream or misses an authorized private session, or fails to deliver a custom request within the agreed timeframe, you receive an automatic full refund or credit to your original payment method.
  • If a verified technical failure prevents access to purchased content, or a duplicate charge occurs, request a refund within 14 calendar days of the transaction date and it is refunded in full after verification.
  • Delivered digital purchases (PPV unlocks, digital products, tips) are final, and cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal without a partial or pro-rated refund, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
  • Independent creators keep 80% of eligible gross revenue from their own sales; creators in an active agency keep 85%. A team leader in the Agent tier earns a 2.5% commission and a team leader in the Manager tier earns a 5% commission on the sales of the creators on their team — never on the leader’s own sales, and a Manager rate replaces an Agent rate rather than adding to it.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • This page does not state that the platform is always available, secure, or error-free.
  • This page does not establish a legal remedy, liability limit, or enforceability outcome.

7. Termination

  • This page does not state an account suspension, termination, deletion, or access-loss outcome.
  • Account and data requests are subject to the applicable product flow and legal requirements.

8. Corporate Identity, Governing Law & Disputes

  • Corporate Entity: LIT PAYMENTS SOLUTION LTDA (CNPJ: 59.601.133/0001-66), operating as a technology platform intermediary facilitating digital content licensing and creator monetization.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
  • Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Central Judicial District of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, unless a separately executed agreement provides for binding arbitration.
  • If these Terms are shown in a language other than English, the English version prevails in case of conflict.
